In a telephone interview on March 2, Trump shared information that American military forces are actively conducting operations against Iran. According to him, the most serious actions are yet to come. He voiced all of this in a conversation with CNN.

The President noted: "We are taking everything from them. Everything is going very well. It’s powerful. We have the strongest army in the world, and we are using it."

When asked about the timeline of the conflict, Trump expressed hope that the operation would not drag on. He suggested that it could take about four weeks, adding that they are ahead of schedule.

"I always thought it would take four weeks. And we are a little ahead," he said.

When asked if the U.S. is taking additional steps to support the Iranian population, Trump confirmed this, pointing out the danger of being on the streets in the current situation.

"Definitely. But right now we want everyone to stay indoors. It’s not safe outside," he added, warning of a possible worsening of the situation.

The President also emphasized: "We haven't even started to deliver really hard blows yet. The most serious is still ahead."

Earlier, in a conversation with The New York Times, Trump mentioned that military actions could last about four to five weeks if necessary. In an interview with the Daily Mail, he also mentioned that the operation could end sooner than four weeks.

Recall that on February 28, the U.S. and Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran, stating that the primary goal of the strikes is to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Trump had previously expressed intentions to destroy the Iranian navy and defense industry, as well as called for a change of power in the country.
