A recent statement from Emirates highlights that the airline expects to return to full flight capacity in the coming days, after restrictions on airspace usage related to the conflict between the USA and Israel on one side and Iran on the other have been partially lifted. This information was reported by Euronews.

Following the partial reopening of airspace, the Dubai-based airline has begun operating a limited number of flights and is gradually restoring its operational activities.

On Thursday, Emirates transported about 30,000 passengers from Dubai. By Saturday, the company plans to operate 106 flights in both directions across 83 destinations, which corresponds to nearly 60% of their total route network.

Emirates noted that they expect to fully restore their route network in the coming days, provided that all operational requirements are met and airspace is available.

“We hope to return to 100% service of our route network in the coming days, if airspace is available and all operational requirements are fulfilled. Safety and care for passengers remain our top priorities,” said Emirates representatives.

Priority in service is given to passengers with previously booked reservations. The company also strongly recommends arriving at the airport only with a confirmed ticket.

Additionally, Emirates is increasing the number of flights to India, planning to operate 22 daily flights to nine Indian cities by Saturday. The airline continues to operate flights to seven destinations in the USA as well.
