He pointed out serious issues such as outdated infrastructure, high management burdens, and staff attrition. Nevertheless, he noted that there is significant professional potential in the country.
According to the minister, the main goal is to create a managed, modern, and sustainable healthcare system, with an emphasis on prevention, clinical management, and accountability for outcomes.
Kanaybek Dosmambetov also emphasized that healthcare should shift from merely responding to emerging problems to actively preventing them. At the same time, the system must operate effectively both in the capital and in the regions.
