The acting chief physician of this institution, Roza Abildaeva, specified that the new equipment was delivered to departments such as surgery, women's consultation, operating room, ultrasound diagnostics, and maternity ward.
“One of the most important acquisitions is the laparoscopic apparatus. The use of laparoscopic methods makes surgical interventions less invasive, with minimal incisions, which contributes to the rapid recovery of patients and increases the safety of operations,” noted Roza Abildaeva.
In addition, as part of the equipment upgrade, nurses and paramedics from five Groups of Family Doctors under the Center's jurisdiction received electronic suitcases. These medical kits will help provide prompt and quality assistance to residents of remote areas,” she added.
The A. Zhakishov Center for General Medical Practice was built and opened in 1988. The hospital has 70 beds and includes six departments, serving over 27,000 residents of the district.
