The new tracking rules apply to cargo transportation that passes through the territories of two or more EAEU member countries in accordance with the signed agreement.
Navigation seals will be used for the transportation of:
- certain excise goods, such as alcohol and tobacco, which are transported by road and/or rail as part of customs transit and export procedures, as well as in mutual trade between countries;
- certain categories of goods, including clothing, footwear, and equipment, which are transported by road in accordance with the transit procedure;
- nicotine-containing products and raw materials classified under commodity items 2404, 2939 79 000 0, and 2939 80 000 0 in the unified Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the EAEU, exported from the customs territory of the union using the export procedure.
Control over transportation within the EAEU will be carried out by national operators. In Kyrgyzstan, such an operator is the State Customs Infrastructure JSC.
