Amangeldiev noted that work is currently underway to return the assets of Maxim Bakiev in Spain, and he also mentioned the process of returning the company "Elkat" to the state.
Additionally, he clarified that Kamchybek Tashiev, the former head of the State Committee for National Security, was informed about Alexey Shirshov's contribution to supporting Kyrgyzstan, and this cooperation was agreed upon with him.
Recently, a meeting took place in Moscow, which was attended by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Tsivilev, Daniyar Amangeldiev, and the Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev. Also among the participants were representatives of PJSC "RusHydro," as well as Alexey Shirshov, who is reportedly well acquainted with the project for the construction of the Upper Naryn Cascade of Hydroelectric Power Stations and is assisting in negotiations regarding Kyrgyzstan's debts to the Russian enterprise.
Regarding the return of the company "Elkat," the head of the president's press service, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, previously noted that this became possible thanks to the testimonies of Alexey Shirshov.
