In a comment on the statements made by Zhapikeev in Ernist Kyazov's podcast, the head of the president's information policy service, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, noted that Zhapikeev allegedly claimed that "the president is surrounded by people like Orunbekov, Tumanbaev, and a few others," who "do not allow anyone to meet with him."

"Mr. Syimyk, it seems you are used to speaking freely in an informal setting. I want to warn you: it is not worth spreading false information and slander. The era of unrestricted chatter is over," Orunbekov commented.

He emphasized that the president makes decisions about meetings himself and does not need approval from others. Orunbekov added that the head of state is well-informed about events in the country and receives information directly, including during kurultai, where delegates speak.

Furthermore, he noted that if necessary, the president can directly contact district leaders and local authorities for clarification of information.

Orunbekov also clarified that he himself rarely visits the president's office, as his work is related to overall information policy, and the press secretary is always close to the head of state.

In conclusion, he urged Zhapikeev to stop spreading "lies and slander," calling him a "kitchen general."
