
A meeting was held at the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, dedicated to the implementation of the anti-corruption strategy approved at the state level. During the event, participants reviewed the action plan that was agreed upon by the presidential decree. The main focus was on the formation of a national system for anti-corruption expertise for regulatory acts, which will help eliminate opportunities for abuse at the stage of legal document development.
The ministry emphasized the need for digitalization of management and increasing the transparency of its work. Based on monitoring results, experts highlighted both the successes achieved and the most pressing issues that require resolution. In this regard, specific proposals have already been prepared, which will become part of the ministry's final report. The meeting also discussed ways to develop international cooperation in the fight against corruption and systemic measures to reduce risks in decision-making processes.
The agency emphasizes that the fight against corruption will remain a priority. The main focus will be on the openness of the ministry to society and the implementation of new control mechanisms. A systematic approach to preventing violations will become a key direction of the ministry's work in the near future, ensuring accountability and effective use of state resources.
