Kasymaliev characterized the past year as historic, noting that the domestic gross product for 2024 amounted to 1 trillion 976.4 billion soms, which corresponds to an 11.1% growth. However, these figures may be revised.
"We expect that by 2025 the results will be revised, and GDP may reach over 2 trillion soms," he added.According to him, it was planned that by 2026, GDP per capita would be $1,500, but by 2025 this figure is expected to reach $3,075, which is twice the initial expectations.
"The average pension in the country in 2010 was 2,980 soms, in 2020 it was 5,770 soms, and by 2025 the minimum pension will be 7,100 soms. After the indexing, the average pension increased to 11,238 soms. Benefits doubled, and the average salary in 2025 will be 44,419 soms," the head of government reported.
Additionally, tax revenues in 2025 amounted to 304.3 billion soms, while customs revenues were 157.4 billion soms, Kasymaliev added.
