As part of the digitalization program in Kyrgyzstan, a new information system called AIS "Expertise" is being put into operation. This digital platform was developed by the Department of Expertise of Agricultural Crops and Horticulture under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry. It aims to automate state-paid services, which will be a significant step towards improving the quality of service for agricultural workers and reducing corruption risks by eliminating direct contact with officials.
Now, both individuals and legal entities will be able to submit applications for field inspections, laboratory analyses for seed certification, and variety testing of new crops imported into the country online. One of the key advantages of the new system is the ability to avoid the need for personal visits to regional institutions and submitting documents in paper format. To access the services, it is enough to log into the system and select the desired section from the menu, including "Field Inspection," "Laboratory Check," and "Variety Testing."
The application submission procedure has been maximally simplified. Applicants need to fill in the required fields, provide contact information (phone and email), and attach digital copies of the necessary documents. After submitting the application, the system automatically calculates the cost of the service and sends an invoice to the user's email. This not only speeds up the document processing but also significantly saves time for farmers and entrepreneurs, creating transparent and modern conditions for the development of the agricultural sector.
