The Department of Agricultural Crop Expertise has developed the information system 'Expertise'

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of an automated information system (AIS) called "Expertise." This system is designed to simplify access to state-paid services provided by the Department of Agricultural Crop and Horticulture Expertise.

The creation of the "Expertise" system aims to improve the quality of public services and minimize the impact of the human factor on the process of their provision.

With this platform, users—both individuals and legal entities—will be able to submit applications for field inspections, laboratory analyses for seed certification, as well as for testing new varieties being imported into the country. This will eliminate the need for personal presence at regional offices to submit documents.

To use the services of the system, one must first register in the AIS "Expertise," after which they can select the appropriate category to submit an application.

The interface offers three main services: field inspections, laboratory checks, and variety testing.

"If you are a seed-growing enterprise and want to conduct a field inspection, you should select the 'Field Inspection' section and submit a request. For checking seed quality, choose 'Laboratory Check,' and for testing new varieties, select 'Variety Testing,'" the agency explained.

An important point is the necessity to fill in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk, as well as to provide a phone number and email address. Necessary documents must also be attached to the application.

After processing the application, the user will automatically receive information about the payment amount for the provided service via email, which significantly speeds up the process and creates comfortable conditions for citizens.
