During the meeting, the work carried out in the district throughout 2025 was analyzed, highlighting both the achieved results in specific areas and the issues that require resolution. It was noted that positive indicators have been achieved in industry, agriculture, investment attraction, and the service sector, as well as sustainable growth in key sectors of the economy.
At the same time, the presidential representative in the region, Tilek Tekebaev, drew attention to a number of shortcomings. In particular, he stated that the increase in debt for tax payments and contributions to the social insurance system lacks proper explanation, and that control and preventive work in this area are insufficient.
In the healthcare sector, a shortage of 33 doctors was noted, as well as an increase in infant mortality compared to the previous year — this was assessed as a worrying signal. Additionally, the rise in the number of emergencies, including fires, indicates the need to strengthen preventive measures.
It was also mentioned that in the education sector, the quality of knowledge remains unchanged. The leadership of the Aksy district and relevant structures were specifically urged to activate the development of infrastructure in tourism-potential areas and improve conditions for tourists.
Following the meeting, the presidential representative instructed the leaders to address the identified shortcomings and enhance the level of socio-economic development in 2026. Several leaders were tasked with applying disciplinary measures — in the form of reprimands and warnings.
