The President noted that the opening of the new complex is an important step in ensuring the health of the personnel who protect the country. He congratulated everyone present on this significant milestone and spoke about the history of the Military Medical Service, which began its existence in the difficult 1920s when medical units operated under challenging conditions.

The Military Medical Service was officially established as an independent structure in 1951 when positions for medical personnel were approved. "Since then, the service has consistently prioritized the fulfillment of its tasks," the president added, noting that the initiative to build the new medical complex belongs to the Chairman of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev.

The new medical center, covering an area of about 15,000 square meters, includes a military clinic with an operating room and a resuscitation department, as well as a military hospital that will provide specialized and inpatient care, including cardiology and surgery departments.

Additionally, the complex is equipped with modern medical equipment and high technologies in the field of healthcare. Sadyr Japarov emphasized that these measures are aimed at improving the quality of medical services, reducing treatment times, and ensuring the rapid rehabilitation of patients.

He also noted that the Military Medical Service will serve not only the employees of the State National Security Committee but also the servicemen of the Border Service, veterans, pensioners, and their families, as well as employees of judicial and law enforcement agencies within the framework of interagency cooperation, which will help alleviate the burden on existing medical institutions.

The President assured that the state will continue to pay attention to improving the material and technical base of the security forces. He expressed confidence that the modernization of the Military Medical Service will help employees perform their duties in ensuring the country's security more effectively and will contribute to strengthening public trust in state institutions.

At the end of the event, Sadyr Japarov inspected the new offices equipped with modern technologies, including magnetic resonance and computed tomography scanners, as well as wards, a conference hall, a cafeteria, and a gym.
