According to the security service, as a result of frequent and illegal use of the excavator by third parties, the equipment became inoperable and is no longer suitable for use. According to the conducted expertise, the market value of the damaged excavator was estimated at 800,000 soms.
Thus, the total amount of damage caused to the state by O.S.M. amounted to 1,425,000 soms.
Currently, O.S.M. has been detained and is in the pre-trial detention center in the city of Karakol, where the investigation is ongoing.
