During the meeting, four applications for participation in the financial assistance mechanism for cooperative projects were approved, which will be reviewed in due course.
The applications concern initiatives such as the modernization of sandwich panel production, the opening of a factory for the production of paints and varnishes, the creation of industrial refrigeration equipment, and the manufacture of large-format panels for housing construction.
In addition, the committee discussed a report on the development of industrial cooperation in the production of machinery and equipment for the mining industry and metallurgy, as well as identified promising areas for cooperative interaction.
Currently, Kyrgyzstan is participating in one cooperative project in the industrial sector within the framework of the EAEU.
This project focuses on the production of system units for personal computers and is being implemented by the Russian company "Beshtau Electronics" in collaboration with the Belarusian LLC "Nero Electronics" and the Kyrgyz LLC "Kyrgyzelektronika".
The company "Kyrgyzelektronika" is responsible for the supply of metal cases for the system units.
According to information from the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, a second cooperative project is under development, which involves the construction of a workshop to increase the production of thermal paper and receipt tape. The production facilities will be located in Russia, while Kyrgyzstan will provide construction services.
