The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, together with representatives of marketplaces and sellers, has tested a new electronic invoice form intended for trade through online platforms.
According to the results of the testing, it was possible to successfully organize the export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to the Russian Federation through Kazakhstan, as reported by the STS.
The purpose of introducing this form is to create more convenient conditions for business and ensure stable exports of goods from the country.
The electronic invoice is issued in the form of a document before the goods leave the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
This document serves exclusively as a documentary support for goods that will be sold through electronic trading platforms.
It is important to note that the issuance of such an invoice is not considered a fact of sale of goods and does not entail tax obligations.
The procedure for issuing an invoice for trade on online platforms in the IS ESF system is as follows:
It is necessary to enter the information system of electronic invoices (IS ESF) and select the section "ESF for marketplaces".
Then, in the upper right corner, you need to click the "Add" button.
After that, the taxpayer will need to fill in the relevant fields in accordance with the established rules for issuing and applying invoices in the context of online trade.
It should be emphasized that invoices issued in the framework of online trading cannot be corrected and cannot be canceled.
Thus, the taxpayer must carefully and completely fill in all fields, as the entered data cannot be changed or canceled later.
