A meeting of entrepreneurs was held in the city of Osh with Almambet Shykmamatov, the chairman of the State Tax Service.
The event was also attended by the deputy chairman of the STS, Bakyt Djienbekov, heads of territorial tax authorities, businessmen from various sectors of the economy, and accountants.
The format of the meeting was open for questions and answers, which facilitated a constructive dialogue and a positive atmosphere.
During the discussion, participants were presented with information about new tools for identifying tax violations, including the analytical system "Salyk Kyzot," which aims to increase transparency and efficiency in tax administration.
The latest changes in the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at simplifying administration, reducing the burden on businesses, and creating more favorable conditions for entrepreneurship, were also explained in detail.
Almambet Shykmamatov emphasized the importance of such meetings for establishing an open dialogue with businesses, identifying existing problems, and obtaining specific proposals for their resolution.
Entrepreneurs had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarifications directly from the leadership of the Tax Service.
He also noted that only through mutual cooperation and effective communication can businesses and tax authorities together address emerging challenges. In this context, he urged entrepreneurs to actively report their problems and seek consultations from the STS, while instructing the service staff to provide full support to taxpayers and offer necessary assistance on an ongoing basis.
"Before making significant changes to tax legislation, it is necessary to conduct open discussions with the business community. Today's meeting was productive; we discussed key issues and received feedback from taxpayers, as well as clarified a number of aspects of taxation," said Almambet Shykmamatov.
The head of the STS emphasized that the state, while protecting its interests, should take into account the interests of entrepreneurs. It is important to find a balance, ensuring fair taxation without creating excessive barriers to doing business.
"Tax reform should be aimed at mutual benefit: on one hand, guaranteeing revenue to the budget, and on the other, creating comfortable conditions for taxpayers. This approach is only possible through establishing partnership relations between the state and business," added the head of the Tax Service.
At the end of the meeting, Almambet Shykmamatov, after listening to the opinions of business representatives, outlined a number of priority tasks and assignments aimed at improving interaction with entrepreneurs and further enhancing tax administration.
