The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the launch of a new analytical system called "Salyk Kuzot." This initiative aims to improve transparency in tax administration, reduce corruption risks, and create fair conditions for entrepreneurs.

At a press conference, Deputy Chairman of the STS KR Jienbekov Bakyt Muratovich noted that the need for this system arose in response to long-standing issues faced by tax authorities. He emphasized that previously, a significant portion of analytical work was done manually, and data was stored in various systems, complicating the ability to obtain a complete picture. As a result, there were risks of fraud and collusion between unscrupulous businessmen and tax officials. Therefore, the development of a technological solution that minimizes human factors became a priority.

According to a representative of the STS, "Salyk Kuzot" is designed to reduce the burden on businesses, which will be achieved by decreasing the number of inspections and minimizing direct interaction with inspectors. The system integrates data from the State Customs Service, electronic invoices, waybills, and other state information resources, eliminating the possibility of manipulation with disparate data.

"Kuzot" is not a punishment mechanism and does not make decisions; it is an analytical tool that identifies signals and discrepancies in data that inspectors should pay attention to, Jienbekov added.

The director of the State Enterprise "Salyk Service," Shamsybek Kachkynbai uulu, explained that the system functions as a platform that automatically matches data from various state systems. "It independently reports discrepancies and draws the attention of specialists," he noted. Kachkynbai also added that with the necessary analytical settings, "Salyk Kuzot" can track economic trends in real-time, identify new tax evasion schemes, and respond promptly to emerging risks.

Additionally, the system ensures oversight of the actions of inspectors. In cases where the reporting appears correct but actual payments do not match the declared data, "Kuzot" records such discrepancies.

The head of the analytical work department of the STS KR, Mamadaliev Bek, emphasized that automated data processing significantly speeds up analysis and shifts the focus from responding to consequences to preventing violations. "Kuzot" does not make decisions but provides hints for inspectors and can serve as a deterrent to prevent tax evasion by businesses.

The STS KR emphasizes that the implementation of the "Salyk Kuzot" system will help create a transparent, competitive, and fair tax environment in which honest enterprises can gain sustainable advantages.
