In the Kara-Kulja district of the Osh region, a case of illegal possession of a golden eagle, which is protected by the Red Book of the Kyrgyz Republic, was recorded. This was reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees of the Osh Regional Department of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, in cooperation with representatives of the NABU organization and the "Bars-2" group, conducted the necessary measures regarding this case.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up, and the violator was fined 20,000 soms.
The golden eagle that was seized was successfully released back into its natural habitat.
