In his opinion, he received information about the negative consequences of the lack of men in the teaching staff, which may be one of the reasons for low discipline in schools. "Perhaps the government should pay attention to this issue. Although teachers cannot be divided by gender, increasing the number of men could positively impact the quality of education and educational work," the deputy emphasized.
Muratbekov also mentioned that this topic had previously been discussed by the Agency for Youth Affairs. He noted that there is a lag in youth policy in the CIS countries. The deputy proposed to combine this agency with educational and student policies to ensure a more comprehensive approach to working with youth.
