The "Osh Improvement and Greenery Combine" is actively engaged in the beautification and greening of city streets, parks, and squares.
In November 2025, Turmush reported on the grand opening of the new building of the Improvement Combine. The area of the new building is 7,304 square meters and includes administrative offices, storage and utility areas, a reservoir, a cafeteria, a car wash, showers, and parking spaces.
The construction contract was signed for the amount of 87 million 540 thousand 683 soms (which is over 1 million dollars at the current exchange rate of the NBKR). Currently, the "Greening and Improvement" combine continues to receive subsidies. It was previously reported that in 2025, the city hall will allocate 220 million 36 thousand soms to the enterprise.
