The company was supposed to fulfill its obligations to creditors back in 2024
During a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybekov reported that the construction company "Ihsan Group LTD" continues to evade compliance with the court's decision issued in February 2024.
He noted that 990 citizens have suffered due to the company's actions, and despite the court ruling, the situation has still not been resolved.
The deputy appealed to the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General's Office, requesting strict oversight of the enforcement of the court's decision.
It should be noted that "Ihsan Group LTD" attracted funds from citizens for housing construction, but failed to meet its obligations to the investors.
The court in 2024 found the cooperative's leadership guilty of fraudulent activities and ordered the return of funds to the victims.
