At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 4, a deputy reported that she had been approached by pensioners of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, widows of deceased employees, as well as those who had been dismissed due to health reasons.

She noted that the construction of a house for the ministry's employees began in 2016 and was supposed to be completed in 2020; however, it was actually commissioned only in the summer of 2023, when many of those who had appealed were no longer in service. If the construction had been completed on time, these 17 families would have been able to receive housing and become part of the compensation program. But the prolonged construction became an obstacle to this, emphasized Sadyrbaeva.

In this regard, the deputy urged the cabinet to pay attention to the needs of these families and provide them with compensation for housing acquisition.
