According to university information, Gulmeerim was born on July 5, 1996, in the village of Üch-Bai, located in the T. Zulpuyev rural district of the Nookat region in the Osh province.
In 2011, she began her studies at the college of the physics and mathematics faculty of OshSU, and in the 2013–2014 academic year, she transitioned to the bachelor's program, successfully completing her education in the 2018–2019 academic year.
After obtaining her diploma, she continued to develop her professional skills and remained in the field of education. At the "Nookat" gymnasium, she worked as the head of the academic department until August 2025.
Starting in September 2025, Gulmeerim faced serious health issues and underwent treatment at a medical facility.
Her passing occurred on February 3, 2026.
