About 4 million services were provided in the ЦОНs over the year — "Kyzmat"
Government services are gradually transitioning to an online format, as confirmed by the head of the PR department of the state institution "Kyzmat," Meerim Iskakova, in an interview with Birinchi Radio.
Over the past year, the population service centers (CОN) provided about 4 million various services, of which around 500 thousand were in electronic format.
Iskakova noted that "Kyzmat" was established a year ago by presidential decree, combining the functions of the population registration department and the state enterprise "Infocom," which improved the process of documenting citizens and implemented IT solutions.
One of the most popular services remains the ability to register for an online queue. Last year, about 3.5 million visits were registered through this system, allowing people to plan their visits to the CОN in advance.
A new feature is that when registering for the electronic queue, there is no need to be tied to the place of registration — citizens can choose any CОN that is convenient for them. The system allows users to see the number of people waiting in real-time, providing the opportunity to change centers if necessary.
Iskakova urged citizens, especially families with multiple members, to ensure that their data is up to date so that government services can provide high-quality services. In case of missing any documents from the civil registry office, they can be digitized through the "Tündük" service.
If a document does not appear in the application, it is necessary to fill in all mandatory fields, specify the district for document receipt, attach a photo of the document, and submit it for verification. After confirmation, the data will be added to the system and will appear in "Tündük" within a few days.
According to Iskakova, online services are very popular, especially the exchange of ID cards and online registration, which have been functioning for over a year. In 2025, online registration was used 186 thousand times.
She also added that for the online exchange of ID passports, it is important to adhere to strict requirements for photographs, as users take the pictures themselves, and many of them do not pass the verification.
