The press service of the Bishkek City Hall reported the importance of construction companies adhering to the city's landscaping norms. This is due to the fact that ignoring these rules leads to the contamination of the roadway with dirt and soil, which, in turn, can negatively affect road safety and the condition of urban infrastructure.
According to paragraph 172 of the landscaping rules, which were approved by the decision of the Bishkek City Council on August 29, 2024, No. 150, construction sites must be equipped with wheel washing stations for vehicles leaving their territory. Wheel cleaning is strictly mandatory, as emphasized by the city hall.

The municipal inspection of the city hall is obliged to monitor compliance with these requirements and take action against those who violate the landscaping rules.
Construction companies must ensure:
- the installation and continuous operation of wheel washing stations for all vehicles leaving construction sites;
- the prevention of soil and dirt being carried off the construction site;
- timely cleaning of the area within a radius of 15 meters from construction sites.
In case of non-compliance with the specified requirements, violators will face measures in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as reported by the municipal inspection.

The city hall also reminds that maintaining cleanliness and order in the capital is the responsibility of all organizations and enterprises operating within its territory, regardless of their form of ownership.
