In Manas, a discussion was held on the safety of adolescents, where entrepreneurs were reminded of the strict prohibition on the sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age.

The meeting took place on February 6 and focused on measures to protect minors, prevent illegal consumption of alcohol and psychotropic substances, as well as strengthen public order.

Participants included Nurlan Ermatov, the first deputy representative of the president in the Jalal-Abad region, law enforcement leaders, as well as owners of cafes, restaurants, and entertainment establishments in Manas.

The main goal of the meeting was to enhance preventive measures due to recent cases of violence against minors and to conduct awareness-raising work among businesspeople.

As an example, the meeting mentioned an incident of violence against a teenager that occurred in one of the local cafes. Participants noted that to prevent such incidents, it is necessary to increase the level of security.

The deputy representative of the president suggested that entrepreneurs refrain from selling alcohol to minors, install video surveillance, organize a security service, and implement "panic buttons." It was also emphasized that it is important to improve preventive work and interaction among all participants.
