The main focus of the meeting was on preventing factors that contribute to the deterioration of the social situation, as well as measures to combat crime in public places.
Ulan Niyazbekov emphasized the importance of preventive measures, instructing the meeting participants to ensure high-quality work in this area.
“Each leader must take responsibility for the operational situation in their districts and implement comprehensive measures to prevent and combat crime,” he stated.
Additionally, it was instructed to continue the implementation of the "Safe Country" project, with an emphasis on systematic control over its execution, activation of preventive measures, effective use of video surveillance, and prompt response to identified shortcomings.
Particular attention was given at the meeting to the necessity of strict adherence to service discipline and legality by employees. Leaders were reminded of their personal responsibility for maintaining discipline in their units, the inadmissibility of violations of service ethics, and the need to make decisions on each case of violation.
Attention was also drawn to the work with citizens' appeals. Meeting participants were tasked with ensuring comprehensive and timely consideration of such appeals, excluding a formal approach and improving the quality of service.
