The new mayor held a meeting with dissatisfied businessmen
In the park named after Alisher Navoi, a meeting took place between the new mayor of Osh, Janar Akayev, and entrepreneurs expressing dissatisfaction regarding the demolition of their trading pavilions, as reported by the city administration.
Representatives of construction companies, who will be involved in the construction of new facilities on the site of the demolished ones, also attended the event.
During the negotiations, Janar Akayev emphasized that the priority of the city authorities is to create comfortable conditions for residents, protect the rights of businessmen, and ensure order, highlighting the importance of resolving issues within the framework of the legislation.
It is worth noting that the previous mayor, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, had instructed the demolition of trading pavilions and old trees in the park with the aim of modernization and enhancing the safety of recreational areas.
