Satyiev emphasized the qualitative indicators of case handling by the courts in the region, noting that the decisions of some judges were upheld in all cases, which is commendable. However, judges whose performance rates were 31 and 58 percent were recommended to urgently seek experienced mentors to improve the quality of justice.
In this regard, the Chairman of the Supreme Court suggested that the director of the Higher School of Justice pay attention to the need for additional training for judges with low performance results.
Additionally, Satyiev expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of judicial practice summarization, pointing out violations of methodological recommendations, a lack of well-founded proposals for unifying practices, and inappropriate application of legal norms. He also noted the necessity for a deeper analysis of the reasons for the annulment and modification of decisions made by first-instance courts from the perspective of substantive and procedural law.
In conclusion, the Chairman emphasized that the main goal of the judicial system is to strengthen citizens' trust in it, ensure legality and fair justice, calling on all participants to engage in active and ongoing work in this direction.
