On the pages of the journal "Healthcare of Kyrgyzstan," an article has been published that examines the level of compliance among patients suffering from acne and rosacea. The study, conducted by author A. Shakirova, aims to analyze modern methods for assessing patient adherence to treatment and the factors influencing the fulfillment of medical prescriptions.

In this work, compliance is understood as the patient's willingness to follow the doctor's recommendations, including prescriptions for pharmacotherapy. It is emphasized that the active participation of the patient in the treatment process depends on their motivation, level of knowledge about the disease, psycho-emotional state, and social factors.

The aim of the study was to explore modern approaches to assessing compliance among patients with acne and rosacea. Special questionnaires and scales were used in the process, as well as practical tools aimed at enhancing therapy adherence: individual consultations, reminders, and visual materials such as photographs and videos, which were sent to patients via the WhatsApp messenger when necessary.

The author notes that studying compliance requires an interdisciplinary approach and interaction among specialists in the fields of medicine and psychology. Adherence to medical recommendations is crucial not only for the success of therapy but also for the economic efficiency of treatment.

In conclusion, the study emphasizes that compliance is a key element of successful treatment, requiring a comprehensive approach that includes psychological, educational, and organizational measures.
