In June and July 2023, the completion of the construction of 1,104 apartments is planned in Bishkek, at the address Malikova Street, 91. This was reported by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of GIK, during a broadcast on the radio station "Birinchi Radio".
Earlier, in April and May, the transfer of apartments in Osh and the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region is expected.
Keldibekov also noted that at the beginning of the year, at the same address Malikova, 91, within the framework of the second phase of the program, 1,080 apartments were issued. The next phase will focus on the distribution of housing in the city of Osh and the Kara-Suu district, which is scheduled for the second quarter, that is, for April and May. As for Bishkek, at the end of the second - beginning of the third quarter, the completion of the second phase of the second stage is expected here with the issuance of 1,104 apartments. The remaining facilities will be distributed by quarters until the end of the year, and a total of about 20,000 apartments are planned to be delivered across the country," he added.
In addition, it was noted that the timing of the issuance of apartments depends on the progress of construction.
