According to information, the commission formed includes representatives from the Jumgal district state administration, the district architectural department, the state architectural and construction control management, as well as specialists from the Chayek ayil okmotu.
During the raids, property owners were informed about the provisions of the current legislation in the field of urban planning. Those citizens whose actions were deemed to violate the law were handed official notifications requiring them to bring their documents in line with legal requirements or to dismantle their constructions.
The main requirements imposed by the authorities on local residents include:
- prohibition of unauthorized and chaotic construction;
- use of land plots exclusively for their intended purpose;
- conducting construction work only with all necessary permits;
- maintaining cleanliness and order in areas adjacent to roads and in public zones.
Commission members note that improving the living conditions of settlements and adhering to sanitary norms is the responsibility of every resident. Regular inspections will contribute to enhancing the external appearance of the district and ensuring road safety, which is often compromised due to illegal constructions.
