At the ceremonial event dedicated to the laying of the capsule for the new kindergarten “Umut Chyragy,” Deputy Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that this institution will become a symbol of hope for both children and their parents.
He noted that the new kindergarten will provide all the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of its young pupils. The institution will feature gymnasiums, speech therapy rooms, and a unique contact zoo.
“We are actively implementing inclusive principles, ensuring that no child is left out of public life. This kindergarten is an expression of our care for children. The construction of ‘Umut Chyragy’ is a great joy for parents and society, as special conditions have been created here for children with disabilities. I am grateful to Artvin Development LLC, which is investing about 4 million dollars in the implementation of this project. The start of construction in the holy month of Ramadan is a true sign of humanity and compassion,” added Kasymaliev.
The capsule was laid for the foundation of the kindergarten for children with disabilities “Umut Chyragy” in Bishkek, which will be a modern two-story building with an area of 3,570 square meters and will accommodate 250 children.
