Olga Bryzgalova, representing the Ministry of Education, spoke about the new project "Zamanbat Mugalim." She noted that specialists from related fields are planned to be attracted to schools.

The ministry aims to integrate individuals with higher education, such as engineers and technologists, into the educational process. "It is important to understand that these are not just people who decided to switch to teaching, for example, IT specialists wishing to teach computer science. Currently, the public foundation 'Zamanbat Mugalim' is selecting candidates for two-year courses that will be conducted in a dual format. This means that specialists will simultaneously study in the master's program at MUCA on teaching methodology and pedagogy, applying their practical knowledge in practice," she explained.

Bryzgalova added that since 2023, the project has been implemented with the support of the public foundation "Zamanbat Mugalim."

At present, a pilot project has started in the Chui region, covering 12 schools. Recruitment will continue until May. In 2023, only nine out of a thousand candidates were able to confirm their skills and begin working in educational institutions. However, in subsequent years, the number of working teachers increased to 46, who not only conduct lessons but also actively participate in extracurricular activities. Plans to expand the project also include the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions, should additional applications be received," she concluded.

Earlier, Edil Baisalov expressed the opinion that 15-20% of teachers in schools could be replaced by "people from the street." He noted that representatives of related professions without pedagogical education could conduct lessons in educational institutions, which caused public resonance.
