Center specialists emphasize that during holiday periods, the situation with blood supply usually worsens: many donors are unable to come due to weekends and vacations, while the demand for blood remains high or even increases.
Those wishing to help can visit the Republican Blood Center located at: Bishkek, Ch. Aitmatov Ave., 60.
The center will be open for donors on January 7, 8, and 9 from 08:00 to 14:30. Don't forget to bring an identification document.
Before donating blood, it is recommended to avoid fatty, fried, and dairy foods.
