The Center for the Development of Coach Education was ceremoniously opened at the Kyrgyz Football Union. From this moment on, the training and preparation of coaches will be transferred to a new foundation that will focus on implementing modern and systematic approaches to the training of specialists in the field of football.
The main objectives of the Center include:
— developing a national system for training coaches and instructors;
— improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process for specialists;
— increasing the number of qualified coaches in the country.
The educational organization plans to conduct seminars, training sessions, and internships, implement modern training methodologies, as well as establish cooperation with both national and international football associations. In addition, the foundation will work on developing methodological materials and creating conditions for the professional growth of coaches.
Nursultan Usenov, who previously worked in the Technical Department of the KFU, has been appointed as the director of the Center.
