The Ministry of Health informs that from December 30 to 31, 2025, all medical organizations in the country will switch to an enhanced work mode. During these days, additional medical staff will be on duty, and services will be ready to provide emergency and urgent care to the population without interruptions.
From January 1 to 9, 2026, during the New Year holidays, medical institutions will continue to operate in regular mode with responsible staff on duty. These institutions will provide round-the-clock urgent care, a reserve of beds for emergency hospitalization will be created, and the necessary medications, medical supplies, and blood components will be ensured.
At the outpatient level, in family medicine centers and general practice, from January 1 to 9, family doctors and nurses will be on duty. Registries will operate from 08:00 to 18:00, and procedure rooms will be open until 14:00.
The ambulance service in Bishkek and Osh, as well as in other regions of the country, will operate around the clock without days off. Continuous operation of air ambulance services will also be ensured, and specialists from the sanitary-epidemiological service and laboratories will be on duty during the holidays.
