The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan has announced the working hours of medical institutions during holidays and weekends.
According to the announcement, from December 30 to 31, all medical organizations in the country will operate in an enhanced mode.
From January 1 to 9, 2026, medical institutions will continue to function in normal mode with organized duty shifts. During this time, round-the-clock emergency assistance will be provided. Additionally, a reserve of beds will be allocated for patients requiring emergency treatment, and there will be a focus on ensuring the availability of necessary medications, medical supplies, and blood components.
From January 1 to 9, duty shifts for family doctors, nurses, and receptionists will be organized in family medicine centers, general practice, and family doctor groups, operating from 08:00 to 18:00. Procedure rooms will be open until 14:00.
