"It is necessary to hold accountable all pawnshops that do not comply with the legislation on usury," Tashiev stated and instructed to conduct an inspection with the participation of employees from the State Tax Service and the National Bank.
Tashiev also noted that if the interest exceeds 30%, the funds should be returned to the owners. "Why should we tolerate this lawlessness when people are left without their homes and cars? We are here to protect the interests of our citizens," he concluded.
