On the air of Birinchi Radio, the head of the situational center of the public safety service of the Bishkek City Police Department, Turatbek Jakshylykov, spoke about the impact of digitalization on the work of law enforcement agencies. According to him, the implementation of modern technologies contributes to a decrease in crime and improves the response to citizens' appeals.

The "102" service operates around the clock, receiving and processing all incoming calls without delays. Jakshylykov emphasized that the information about the inability to reach the service is false. "We are confident that thanks to modern technologies, no citizen will be left without support from the '102' service," he noted.

In the event of a crime in any area, the nearest patrol is immediately dispatched to the scene. Information about the situation is transmitted to the officers via radio communication, allowing for the operational tracking of their actions and location.

Ilyas Jumagulov, head of the information technology department of the Bishkek City Police Department, added that modern digital solutions ensure the recording and storage of all data on the server, with the ability to view it in real time.

"These systems significantly simplify the process of collecting evidence and protect the rights of both citizens and law enforcement officers. In cases of unlawful actions by citizens, digital tools help objectively document these facts," he explained.

The Bishkek City Police Department emphasizes that the implementation of digital technologies increases the transparency of law enforcement agencies' work and contributes to strengthening public safety.
