During the discussion of the results of the work of the 'Themis' boarding house for the year 2025, which took place on January 19, 2026, Mederbek Satyiev, the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasized the need to create modern conditions for the workers of the judicial system.
According to sources from the Supreme Court, the director of the boarding house provided a detailed report on the institution's activities over the past year and plans for the current period. In particular, it was noted that the income of the boarding house in 2025 amounted to about 27 million soms, while expenses, including staff salaries, were approximately 24 million soms.
Currently, construction work is ongoing at the boarding house aimed at building a new dining hall and improving the surrounding area. There is also a process underway to prepare documentation for land lease registration to further develop infrastructure and landscaping. Among the planned projects is the construction of a hotel complex.
Mederbek Satyiev instructed to develop a clear step-by-step plan for the further development of the boarding house, to determine the procedure for accepting vacationers from among the workers of the judicial system—both union members and non-members—and to ensure the creation of comfortable conditions for recreation and events that meet modern standards.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Court Nurgul Bakirova, Supreme Court Judge and Chairperson of the Judges' Council Aida Seidakmatova, advisor to the chairman Ruslan Myrzalimov, head of the apparatus Sulayman Mykyiev, director of the Judicial Department Bakyt Kurmanaliev, and director of the boarding house Shermat uulu Beksultan.
It is worth noting that Shermat uulu Beksultan was appointed as the director of the 'Themis' boarding house on June 3, 2025.
According to information obtained from the State Agency for Management of State Property, on July 8, 2024, 16 cottages with a land area of 7.33 hectares were transferred to the operational management of the Judicial Department. Based on this, the state enterprise 'Themis Boarding House' was created, with a designed capacity of 320 places.
