A unified design code for buildings is being introduced
A new improvement project has been developed in Kara-Balta, which has been approved by the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction.
The project, presented by specialists from the Jayil District Administration, covers an area on Kozhomberdieva Street, located between Jayil Baatur Street and Krylov Street. All changes take into account the requirements in the field of urban planning, architecture, and ecology with the aim of creating a safe and comfortable public space.
As part of the project, the arrangement of public transport stops, the creation of pedestrian and bicycle paths, and the installation of lighting on poles of 3 and 12 meters in height are planned. Small architectural forms, landscaping, and the organization of parking spaces are also included.
In addition, a unified design code for buildings located along the road will be introduced, which will help harmonize the architectural appearance of this area.
