Ruslanbek Kenjaliev, an entrepreneur from Talas, has completed six years of research and practical development, creating an environmentally friendly protein from beans, which he named "Nomad Nutrition." This product is characterized by high nutritional value and ease of digestion, making it suitable for consumers of all age groups, including children and the elderly.
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that the protein is currently produced manually and reaches 1.5 tons per month, while demand significantly exceeds supply.
As Kenjaliev noted, bean protein is especially beneficial for diabetics, athletes, and health-conscious individuals. It helps lower blood sugar levels, detoxifies the body, and boosts energy levels. The Ministry of Defense has also shown interest in this product, and preliminary negotiations have already begun regarding its use for feeding military personnel.
The entrepreneur plans to expand production by building a new workshop that will comply with HACCP standards. This initiative is expected to help protect farmers from sharp fluctuations in bean prices and create export opportunities.
With the launch of the new workshop, production is expected to increase to 20 tons per month, which will help establish a stable market for local farmers.
