She emphasized that reaching the "103" service poses a serious problem. "For the convenience of citizens, it would be useful to see the location and arrival time of the ambulance. This could significantly improve the situation," Egemberdieva noted.
Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov responded that such a system is indeed planned; however, the main obstacle remains the shortage of ambulances. "This issue is particularly acute in Bishkek. We are working on creating four to five substations and are considering the possibility of purchasing new vehicles. The population is growing, but the number of ambulances remains insufficient. This year, we intend to solve this problem," he added.
The deputy once again requested that her proposal be taken into account.
