Under the leadership of the director of the Department of Architectural and Construction Control, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, the commission members assessed the current state of construction works, compliance with project and estimate documentation, the presence of necessary permits, the number of workers at the construction sites, as well as the size of the company's charter capital and the appeals of the shareholders.
According to the commission's information, work at the sites is ongoing. Representatives of "Elite-Stroy-City" confirmed their commitment to complete the construction and hand over the facilities by September 2026.
It was also noted that at the minister's request, construction at these sites will be under constant control of the department.
