The decree also emphasizes that awards were presented to 180 Russians, one labor collective, and two foreign citizens.
“Almambet Matubraimov, chairman of the Council of Legal Entities ‘Association ‘Assembly of People of Kyrgyzstan,’ is awarded the Order of Friendship for his significant contribution to strengthening relations and cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic,” the document states.
