Ministers arrived at the parliament for a report
Today, a government hour is taking place in the Jogorku Kenesh, during which members of the Cabinet of Ministers report on their activities and answer questions from deputies. This event was a response to numerous requests from parliamentarians, who previously demanded the presence of officials for clarifications regarding not only work-related issues.
Deputies expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of responses to their inquiries, criticized the ministerial staff for insufficient activity during meetings, and voiced concerns about the interaction of certain government members with them.
The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, was not present at the meeting, as he is on a working visit to Dubai to participate in the World Government Summit. This caused outrage among Deputy Kurmankul Zulushiev. Speaker Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu stated that Kasymaliev had notified in advance about his trip, and it had been agreed upon.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers were present at the meeting, led by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government, Daniyar Amangeldiev.
Turgunbek uulu also noted that he had a conversation with President Sadyr Japarov the day before regarding the interaction between the legislative and executive branches, and he expressed hope for resolving all emerging issues.
