In his address, published by journalist Nurgazy Anarkulov, Tashiev spoke about the events of February 10. He explained that his resignation came as a complete surprise to him, as he was abroad receiving treatment. "I fell ill and, having received permission from the president, went to Germany for examination, where I had previously undergone surgery," he noted.

Tashiev added: "However, yesterday I was informed about my dismissal, which was a shock to me."

He emphasized that despite what happened, it is necessary to carry out the president's decisions. "I have proudly served our people and state. I regret that I did not have the opportunity to say goodbye to my colleagues," added the former head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).

He also expressed gratitude to the GKNB staff and wished them success. "It is important for our country to have peace and stability, and no one should resort to illegal actions. All our actions must be legal," concluded Tashiev.

Let us remind you that on February 10, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree according to which Kamchybek Tashiev was relieved of his duties as Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the GKNB. His position was taken by Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov, who was appointed as the acting head of the GKNB. In addition, three deputies of the GKNB chairman were also dismissed.
