In particular, the chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko, sent a telegram expressing her best wishes and noted that the support of the deputies indicates a high level of appreciation for his professional skills and organizational abilities.
Matviyenko also emphasized that Russian senators are interested in further developing mutually beneficial cooperation with the Jogorku Kenesh, especially within the framework of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS.

Additionally, Erlan Koshanov, the chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, also sent a telegram with wishes for success, noting that the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will continue to develop, and parliamentary ties will be strengthened within the framework of the inter-parliamentary council.
It is worth noting that on February 12, Marlen Mamataliyev was elected as the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, receiving support from 77 deputies, while five voted against, one ballot was declared invalid, and four were annulled.
It should be noted that Mamataliyev was the only candidate for this position.
